John LaBriola is the founder and president of Lighthouse Training, a nationally recognized training and consulting company. He has spent more than 15 years teaching persuasion skills to businesses nationwide.

John’s experience encompasses creating, marketing, selling and delivering custom-tailored business trainings to major corporations. His trainings combine the best in personal development techniques with leading edge business skills to produce tangible results for customers. A gifted communicator, John’s ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences is unsurpassed.

As a consultant, John has evaluated the current state of many businesses, determined future expectations and developed and implemented trainings to meet and exceed newly established goals. He has worked to create and implement best practices and to promote culture shifts within companies.

John has been involved in Christian ministry for over 20 years. He has spent time as a Youth Minister, Young Adult Minister and Adult Faith Formation teacher. He has facilitated hundreds of faith-based missions, retreats, workshops and classes both nationally and internationally and has extensive broadcast media experience including frequent appearances on Christian radio stations.
