After washing his Apostle's feet, Jesus asked: "Do you know what I have done?...If I then, your Lord and teacher have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet" (Jn. 13:12-14) Later he said: "A servant is no greater than his master..If you know these things, blessed are you ifyou do them." (Jn. 13:16-17) What does it mean to be a servant leader? How does that translate into the workplace?
